This Seminar was established to honour and recognize Dr. Barbara Wand, who served as Registrar of the Ontario Board of Examiners in Psychology for 15 years, from 1976 to 1991.
Dr. Wand made profound contributions to the regulation of the psychology profession in Ontario and throughout North America.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

91ÊÓƵ will not be hosting the Barbara Wand Seminar this year. Instead, 91ÊÓƵ will be joining several health regulatory colleges in supporting a collaborative panel presentation this fall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This joint initiative is being developed in response to recommendations from the Domestic Violence Death Review Committee (DVDRC)<\/strong> related to enhancing professional education and awareness about intimate partner violence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will share details about the date, panelists, and registration as soon as they become available. You can learn more about the DVDRC and its recommendations in the DVDRC Annual Report<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Hours<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Registrants may claim CPD credits for attending a live seminar or viewing the archived recording<\/a> at a later date. (1 hour = 1 credit)<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Section A: Professional Interaction and Interdisciplinary activities \u2013 3 Hours<\/strong><\/td>When a seminar is viewed and discussed with one or more professional peers, hours may be recorded under Section A.<\/td><\/tr>
