The link will be posted on the College website at least 48 hours in advance. Observers are requested to not record or broadcast any part of the meeting without prior permission from the College.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Observers can access the Board Meeting Materials approximately one week prior to the scheduled Board Meeting. This information is available on the College website&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/fr\/a-propos-de-lordre\/conseil\/reunions-du-conseil\/\">here<\/a>. Please note the public may be excluded from the Board meeting or part of a meeting if the Board chooses to go in camera pursuant to section 7 of the Health Professions Procedural Code being Schedule 2 of the&nbsp;<em>Regulated Health<\/em>&nbsp;<em>Professions Act, 1991<\/em>.
