The nature of service in relation to these matters is as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1008\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-66.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12835\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-66.png 1008w, https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-66-800x357.png 800w, https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-66-768x343.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1008px) 100vw, 1008px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Timeline Snapshot<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>There are currently 147 open Complaints and Registrar\u2019s Investigations being actively investigated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"750\" height=\"422\" src=\"https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-67.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12837\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ICRC Meetings<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The ICRC met four times to consider a total of 42 cases. In addition, the ICRC held 16 teleconferences to consider 19 cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ICRC Dispositions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The ICRC disposed of 18 cases during the 1<sup>st<\/sup> Quarter, as follows. The ICRC took some remedial action, ranging from providing advice to a referral to the Discipline Committee, in 9, or 50%, of these cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-68.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12839\" width=\"836\" height=\"384\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-68.png 977w, https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-68-800x368.png 800w, https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-68-768x354.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 836px) 100vw, 836px\" \/><figcaption>*F&amp;V: Frivolous, vexatious, made in bad faith, moot or otherwise an abuse of process,  pursuant to s.26(4) of the <br>Health Professions Procedural Code.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The dispositions of these 18 cases, as they relate to nature of service, are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"975\" height=\"554\" src=\"https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-69.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12841\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-69.png 975w, https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-69-800x455.png 800w, https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-69-768x436.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 975px) 100vw, 975px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Disposition of Allegations<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The 18 cases disposed of included the consideration of 50 allegations. The ICRC took some remedial action with respect to 24, or 48%, of these allegations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"975\" height=\"625\" src=\"https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-70.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12843\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-70.png 975w, https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-70-800x513.png 800w, https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-70-768x492.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 975px) 100vw, 975px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Health Professions Appeal and Review Board (HPARB)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>In the 1<sup>st<\/sup> Quarter, two HPARB reviews of ICRC decisions were requested.
