The Ministry of the Attorney General’s Capacity Assessment Office is recruiting qualified health practitioners to train as designated capacity assessors under the Substitute Decisions Act (SDA).
Capacity assessors are fee-for-service health practitioners who determine whether an individual is capable of making financial or personal care decisions under the SDA. Psychology registrants in good standing may be eligible to apply.
Application deadline: June 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
